A tale as old as time

You know you need support at work, but you freeze when you try to explain what or why.

You tried to research Access to Work so many times, but had to give up each time.

You don’t want to get started if it doesn’t feel worth it.

You’re tired of procrastinating and want a supportive framework to finally get this done.

The real reason most people avoid Access to Work is not that the application is complicated. They avoid it because it’s a government process, and past experiences with the DWP have left them unheard or dismissed.

Because they don’t know what support to ask for.

And yes, because a 14-month wait sounds exhausting before you even begin, especially if you’re worried your case will be rejected.

I created the Access to Work Confidence Club for brilliant but overwhelmed people like you

So you know exactly what support to ask for and finally apply with confidence

Sound familiar?

You want clear steps and accountability, not generic advice that won’t work for your ND brain.

You want to feel prepared and confident from the very start, instead of wasting time applying incorrectly.

You want to know what will happen next so nothing feels like a surprise.

You want expert advice from someone who works with neurodivergent clients daily.

New year, new you

You open the application form and finally feel ready.

You’re confident in what support you can request because you’ve learned how Access to Work really works.

You’re equipped with a clear, personalised roadmap for your Access to Work journey, and nothing catches you off guard anymore.

You’re regulated, calmer, and more in control as you move through a process that used to feel impossible.

You’re showing yourself the same compassion you show everyone else by getting the support you deserve.

What do we cover in the email course?

Email 1: The full picture

We’ll walk through the full Access to Work journey in a nutshell, so you know exactly what to expect. Understanding the real timeline helps you prepare for the parts that actually influence your outcome and removes a lot of the uncertainty that people often experience during the process.

Email 2 : How Access to Work decisions are actually made

We’ll look at the decision-making logic case managers use, and the simple structure behind most successful applications. Once you understand this, you’ll start to see exactly why certain types of explanations and requests are more likely to be approved.

Email 3: What support you can ask for

This is where we build the foundation for a strong application. You’ll learn how to describe your requests for support in a way that makes sense to someone who has never seen your job before.

Email 4: What happens after you apply

This is where everything starts to come together. We’ll look at what happens after you apply, and how to clearly explain the barriers your condition creates at each stage of your journey.

Week 5: break!

To reduce overwhelm, rest and recovery have been intentionally built into the programme. There will be no email this week, so if you fall behind at any point, you’ll have built-in time to catch up without stress.

Email 5: Filling in the application form

Finally, we’ll look at the application itself. By this point, you’ll already have most of what you need prepared, which makes the form much easier to complete.

Hi, I’m Anita

I’ve spent years supporting neurodivergent professionals to advocate for their needs, access workplace accommodations, and secure Access to Work funding with confidence.

My strength is breaking complex processes into calm, predictable steps, and helping you feel safe and supported while you do them.

I created the Access to Work Confidence Club so you can finally know what to expect, how to prepare, what support you could get, and how to navigate the journey without burning out.

I can’t change the wait time, but I can help you stop carrying the guilt of “I still haven’t applied”.
