I get it

If you’ve been meaning to apply for Access to Work for months (or years…), you’re not alone.

You’re competent at your job, but you don’t know how to explain that you need support using “the right words”. You keep hearing conflicting information about Access to Work, and you don’t know what you’re allowed to ask for that would actually help. And you find a 14-month waiting period… well, soul-crushing.

So you continue pushing through at work, but in the meantime, you feel guilty for letting yourself down because months are passing you by anyway, and you’re burning out at work without support.

The Access to Work Confidence Club is here to teach you what to expect, how to prepare, what support you can get, and how to navigate the journey without overwhelm.

What is the Confidence Club?

A free course for a successful application

A 6-week, step-by-step email course that helps neurodivergent professionals like you understand the Access to Work process, prepare everything you need, and apply with confidence.

Including what happens after you apply!

A supportive online community

A free, validating Slack group where members can ask questions, share their experiences and tips, and encourage each other as they navigate their Access to Work journeys. You’ll see you’re not the only one who’s been putting this off.

Upgrade: Weekly group calls

If you’re the kind of person who likes to understand the full picture and feel genuinely grounded before doing something important, the group call upgrade was created for you. These weekly sessions give you a calm, supportive environment where you can ask any questions to make sure you got things right, remove any uncertainty you may have, and feel confident that you’re submitting the strongest possible application to Access to Work.

A sign that says "You got this".

The group call upgrade is for you if:

  • You like to have complete reassurance, especially when dealing with official processes

  • You value being able to ask questions in a safe, non-judgemental environment

  • You want to know exactly what will happen to your application at each step

  • You want the confidence that you’re really doing things properly

  • You are neurodivergent and easily overwhelmed by big admin tasks like fully preparing for an application

  • You want to fully understand the process before submitting anything

  • You need concrete, practical answers tailored to your situation, not vague advice anyone could google

  • You need accountability so you don’t procrastinate

If this is you, then the Group Call Upgrade is exactly for you.

These group calls will be your calm, structured, supportive space where you get answers and clarity so you’re not stuck googling at 2am worrying about details and the perfect wording.

What’s in the upgrade?

These group calls are designed to run parallel to the free email course, so you get structure for working through the information and exercises in the emails, paired with momentum so you don't get stuck or overwhelmed (or end up procrastinating for another 6 months)!

Instead of doing everything alone, you’ll be a part of a small, supportive group where you can listen in, ask questions, and prepare things for your application with access to expert help live. Even if you say nothing at all, you’ll still learn from the group and benefit from the shared experience.

  • Who This Is Perfect For

These calls are ideal for neurodivergent people who prefer structured support, clear explanations, and the opportunity to check their understanding before submitting something important.

If your biggest worries are “What if I fill this out wrong and get rejected?” or “I need to understand everything before I apply”, you’ll feel very at home here.

  • Why People Choose the Upgrade

Access to Work can feel intimidating when you’re neurodivergent, especially if you’re the kind of person who tends to overthink wording, timing, evidence, or just generally “getting things right”. These calls remove that pressure. Instead of sitting alone wondering if you did the best you could, you get a space where you can get all your questions addressed, get rid of anxiety, and turn your hopes into action.

  • How the Calls Work

These sessions are intentionally calm, predictable, and structured. You’re free to participate in whatever way you like (e.g. by talking, typing, or just listening). There’s dedicated time for live Q&A, and you’re welcome to work on your application during the session so you can get real-time help instead of hitting a wall later on.

Even if you don’t have immediate questions, you’ll pick up perspectives and examples that apply to situations you didn’t realise you shared with others.

And there’s no expectation to be switched on, social, or have questions!

  • The deets

6 weekly group calls (1 hour each) via Google Meet

Maximum 12 people (ND-friendly, zero pressure, cameras optional)

Direct access to me to ask questions and get personalised advice right away

Full summaries emailed within 24 hours (anonymised) mean you won’t miss anything, even if you can’t attend

Learn from others: hear questions from others in the group you didn’t even know you had

  • Written call summaries

Every Q&A during the calls are captured and sent to your inbox (anonymised), so you can build a reference library over the 6 weeks we spend together.

This means you’ll have an easy-to-search, private record of solutions and advice tailored to you, saving you time and reducing stress if you ever need to refer to things again.

  • 20% off a 1-2-1 pre-application consultation

The group calls are your space to ask any questions, but if getting every detail right about your application down to the very last step is important to you, a 1-2-1 pre-application consultation will give you a full roadmap for everything coming up in your own, personal Access to Work journey.

If you like to save time and reduce stress by turning vague ideas into a concrete plan, the discount code you get with your group call upgrade gives you £30 off to do just that.

What You’ll Get out of the group calls

Across six weeks, you’ll gradually build clarity and confidence without feeling rushed or pressured. You’ll understand your needs better, learn how to communicate them, and know what evidence helps strengthen your application.

And most importantly, you’ll have actually made progress. By the end, applying won’t feel like a leap into the unknown. It will feel like the logical next step.

By the end, you will:

  • know what support options are available and realistic for you

  • understand how to explain your needs clearly

  • have realistic expectations about the process

  • know how Access to Work case managers evaluate applications

  • feel genuinely ready to apply (not just hoping for the best!)

  • know what to do if your job is unusual, self-employed, or hybrid

  • understand common mistakes that delay grants

  • be ready for what happens after you submit your application (the timelines, assessment, admin… all of it!)

If you’re thinking…

If your brain does the “what if I’m doing this wrong” spiral a lot, or if you’re someone who needs to understand everything before you feel ready, this is the place for you. I created the Group Call Upgrade to be a safe, supportive environment where you can ask questions freely and actually feel understood.

“I just need someone to tell me if I’m doing it right.”

This is the space for that.

“I don’t know what support to ask for or how to word it.”

The group calls are the perfect place to hash this out!

“I get anxious if I don’t know everything that will come up later.”

I’m here to explain what’s coming and what you need to prepare so the process feels predictable.

“What if I miss something important?”

Access to expert advice ensures this is precisely what won’t happen to you.

“I want to stop procrastinating and actually apply.”

You’ll have structure and accountability. Plus a group of friendly folks who are exactly in the same shoes as you!

Meet your expert guide

Hi, I’m Anita! I’ve been supporting neurodivergent professionals for years, helping them understand their needs and creating accommodations that effectively support them in their work.

I know most Access to Work applicants worry about things like saying the wrong thing, getting rejected, or wasting a lot of precious energy on one more application for help that won’t get them anywhere.

These calls exist so you don’t stay stuck in the worry stage.

I designed the group calls to be a safe, supportive environment for neurodivergent folk where you can ask questions freely and actually feel understood.

By the end of our 6 weeks together, you’ll know what to expect, how to prepare, what support you’re entitled to, and how to navigate the journey without burning out.

I want this to be the year for you where you finally support yourself with the same compassion you show everyone else.

And you don’t have to figure it out alone x
